Bitcoin Demand Rebound Fails to Signal Clear Market Upswing
Bitcoin's nominal demand has rebounded sharply after two months of decline, but it remains unclear whether this is a strong positive signal for the market. According to CryptoQuant contributor Darkfost, Bitcoin's nominal demand had recovered to minus 32,000 as of August 15, up from minus 272,000 in early June.
This represents a significant improvement, but the gauge remains negative, indicating that demand is still not strong enough to fully absorb new Bitcoin supply entering the market. A similar pattern emerged in February and May before demand weakened again, making it difficult to treat the current move as a strong positive signal.
