Bitcoin Dominance Over Ethereum Hits Record 812-Day Mark

Bitcoin has held its top position over Ethereum in terms of Market Value to Realized Value (MVRV) ratio for an unprecedented 812 consecutive days, according to new research from Glassnode.

This disparity highlights a significant shift in market sentiment, with Bitcoin attracting $468 billion in capital inflows since November 2022 compared to just $61 billion for Ethereum.

The MVRV ratio divergence is the longest on record, indicating sustained investor preference for Bitcoin. While investors in both assets have seen declines, Ethereum's MVRV ratio has dropped below 1, meaning its holders are now underwater on average.
