Bitcoin Drops Below $79K as XRP Leads Crypto Market Pullback
Bitcoin's recent rally has come to an end, at least for now. The cryptocurrency dipped below $79,000 during Asian trading as investors took profits after a week-long surge that boosted Bitcoin by nearly 23%.
XRP led the broader crypto market decline, falling over 4%, but still up about 45% for the week.
Other major cryptocurrencies such as Zcash, Dogecoin, Solana, Tron, BNB, and Ethereum also saw losses. Despite this pullback, market indicators show improving conditions with rising spot and futures demand and a strong Bull Score.
