Bitcoin Enters Undervalued Zone, Analysts Look for Confirmation
CryptoQuant's analysis suggests that Bitcoin has entered a historically undervalued zone. Market participants' interest in Bitcoin has sharply faded, which is often seen during previous bottoming phases of the cryptocurrency. According to CryptoQuant, further confirmation is needed to determine if the current price marks an absolute bottom.
As of August 4, CryptoQuant's analysis revealed that the current price range of Bitcoin is undervalued from a cycle perspective. The platform cited analyst Crypto Dan, saying that Bitcoin 'appears to have reached a level similar to past historical bottoms.' However, it emphasized that it cannot say with confidence that the current price is the absolute low.
CryptoQuant also noted that market interest has fallen to levels seen during previous bottoming phases. While this does not guarantee that the current price marks an absolute bottom, it suggests that the current price range may be a buying opportunity for investors looking ahead to the next bull market, which CryptoQuant expects to begin around 2027.
