Bitcoin ETF Inflow Streak Snapped Amid Weakening Price
U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs saw a significant reversal on August 28, recording $201.9 million in net outflows and snapping a nine-day inflow streak.
This move trimmed cumulative net inflows to about $55.1 billion, with the funds now holding roughly $93.9 billion in total net assets.
The reversal caps an otherwise strong run for Bitcoin ETFs, which drew $2.8 billion over an eight-day stretch as Bitcoin tested $80,000 and earlier notched their biggest single-day haul since May.
Ethereum ETFs, however, showed no such fatigue, taking in $102.1 million on August 28 to extend a 10-day inflow streak and lift cumulative net inflows to about $12.9 billion against $13.8 billion in total net assets.
