Bitcoin ETF Inflows Rebound Amid Institutional Interest
Bitcoin ETF inflows rebounded this week, sparking renewed optimism about institutional investor interest in the market. The recent recovery follows four days of outflows totaling over $500 million, but net inflows have now reached approximately $32.1 million on Wednesday and another $49.74 million on Thursday.
The positive momentum is significant given that July has been the worst month for Bitcoin ETF inflows since their launch, with net inflows currently standing at around $205 million. This is a stark contrast to previous months, when institutional investors were pouring billions of dollars into Bitcoin ETFs in May and June.
While Ethereum ETFs have fared somewhat better, attracting around $340 million in July, Bitcoin's performance remains a concern. The Crypto Fear and Greed Index is currently at 37, indicating 'Fear' levels among retail investors, which historically coincides with institutional accumulation.
