Bitcoin ETF Inflows Signal Potential Rebound as BTC Nears 61% Rally
The largest spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) have seen their best week since October 2025 in terms of new capital inflows, signaling a potential rebound for Bitcoin.
As of midday on August 26, Bitcoin was trading at approximately $78,500. It would need to rise by about 60.5% to return to its all-time high.
The iShares Bitcoin Trust ETF and similar funds have attracted asset inflows, which could be a bullish signal for the cryptocurrency. The largest fund in this category, the iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT), saw $1.92 billion in new capital last week, marking the best week for net inflows since October 2025.
However, it's essential to note that ETF inflows do not always constitute a clear 'buy' signal, as some investors may purchase these funds to hedge short equity positions or enter and exit them within a short period.
