US spot Bitcoin ETFs had their strongest single-day performance since January on September 3rd, attracting $731 million in net inflows.

This surge has sparked speculation about whether Bitcoin could see another short-term top following the latest surge in ETF demand.

A pattern noticed by analyst Ted Pillows shows that on previous occasions when Bitcoin ETFs recorded daily inflows above $700 million, first in October 2025 and then in January 2026, BTC formed a local peak shortly afterward.

Total net assets of US-based spot Bitcoin ETFs reached $103.34 billion, representing around 6% of Bitcoin's market capitalization, with cumulative net inflows since the ETFs launched in January 2024 standing at $55.44 billion.

BlackRock's IBIT led the gains with around $454 million, followed by Ark and 21Shares' ARKB at $137.7 million, Fidelity's FBTC at $74.4 million, and Grayscale's two products attracting a total of $57 million in capital.
