Bitcoin ETF Redemptions Exceed Inflows Amid Weak Price Momentum
Crypto exchange-traded funds (ETFs) posted significant outflows last week, with Bitcoin ETFs leading the decline. On July 31, about $250 million in net outflows were recorded across U.S.-listed crypto ETFs.
Bitcoin products drove this negative total, while Ethereum, XRP, and Solana funds remained positive. The split showed uneven institutional demand across digital-asset products.
BlackRock's iShares Bitcoin Trust led redemptions with $122.66 million, followed by Fidelity's Wise Origin Bitcoin Fund with $54.78 million in withdrawals. Grayscale's Bitcoin Trust recorded $52.63 million in outflows.
Ethereum ETFs, however, attracted $9.03 million in net inflows, led by BlackRock's Ethereum product with $15.38 million. XRP funds added about $7.69 million, while Solana products received roughly $395,390.
