Bitcoin ETFs Absorb $626M in August Rebound
US-listed spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) absorbed $626 million in net inflows across the first three trading days of August, capping the run with a $244.4 million Wednesday session.
BlackRock's iShares Bitcoin Trust contributed roughly $479 million to this total, pushing its lifetime net inflows toward $61 billion.
The category rebounded on Aug. 3 with $170.1 million in net inflows, followed by another $211.49 million on Tuesday and $244.4 million on Wednesday, lifting the three-day tally to nearly $626 million, already more than the funds gathered across the whole of July.
Ether funds added $114.6 million over two days while XRP products broke a four-session run without redemptions, shedding $3.58 million instead.
