Bitcoin ETFs Bounce Back with Modest Inflow of $34M
Bitcoin ETFs have seen a modest rebound in recent weeks, pulling in $34 million in net inflows this week. This figure is notable given the broader recovery phase for these products.
In the past several months, Bitcoin ETFs hemorrhaged capital, with cumulative net outflows reaching approximately $4.76 to $4.84 billion as of mid-to-late July. However, recent weeks have seen a slow climb back, with US spot Bitcoin ETFs posting around $981 million in total inflows over seven consecutive days leading up to July 22.
The current price range of $65,000 to $66,000 appears to be serving as an on-ramp for re-entry. Morgan Stanley's MSBT ETF launched on April 8 and collected about $34 million in net inflows on its first trading day. The competitive landscape is heating up, with distribution strength and fee structures becoming key battlegrounds.
