Bitcoin ETFs Draw Record $2.8 Billion in New Investments
The cryptocurrency landscape is undergoing a significant shift as institutional investors increasingly turn to spot Bitcoin ETFs. Over the past week, US-listed spot Bitcoin ETFs have seen a remarkable influx of $2.8 billion in new investments, pushing their total asset value close to the $100 billion threshold.
According to figures, these funds have welcomed net inflows of $232.1 million, with some days seeing as much as $314.4 million. This surge is not only a testament to the growing interest in cryptocurrencies but also reflects a shift in investor psychology, with both Web3 startups and traditional finance entities adapting to emerging opportunities.
One area that stands out is the rise of altcoin-centric investment vehicles. The US spot Ether ETF has marked its eighth consecutive day of inflows, amassing $192.4 million in total, while XRP ETFs recorded a substantial $28.1 million, their strongest daily inflow since early January.
This diversification reflects a broader appetite for mixed exposure within the cryptocurrency assets, pointing towards a more dynamic investing tapestry that goes beyond the classic Bitcoin narrative.
