Bitcoin ETFs End Nine-Day Streak as Ethereum Continues to Attract Capital
The Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) in the US ended a nine-day streak of net inflows on Friday, while Ethereum ETFs continued to attract new capital.
According to SoSoValue data, the Bitcoin ETFs recorded outflows of $201.9 million on August 28, ending a period of consecutive inflows that started mid-August.
The reversal reduced the accumulated net inflows to approximately $55.1 billion, with the funds now holding around $93.9 billion in total liquid assets.
Meanwhile, Ethereum ETFs captured $102.1 million on August 28, extending a ten-day streak of inflows and increasing their cumulative net inflows to about $12.9 billion, compared to $13.8 billion in total liquid assets.
