Bitcoin ETFs Extend Inflow Streak Amid Regulatory Progress
The US spot Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) have extended their streak of inflows to six consecutive sessions, signaling renewed institutional interest in the market. The total fresh capital attracted to these funds is about $203.1 million for the latest session and roughly $930 million across the streak.
This trend coincides with a broader improvement in market sentiment, as reflected by the Crypto Fear & Greed Index rebounding from 'extreme fear' to 'fear', while Bitcoin's price briefly moved above $67,000. The improvement in risk appetite is attributed to US regulatory progress on the CLARITY Act and commentary from Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent.
Analysts point out that some speculative capital may be shifting away from AI-related stocks due to growing confidence around the interest-rate outlook. This rotation could potentially support Bitcoin, as investors become more willing to chase asymmetric upside elsewhere.
