Bitcoin ETFs Fall Short as Ethereum Rises Amid Record Inflows

Bitcoin spot ETFs experienced significant inflows in September 2026, attracting $3.8 billion from mid-August to early September.

This includes a record single-day inflow of $731 million on September 3.

However, Ethereum spot ETFs still lead the year with net inflows of $863 million compared to Bitcoin's $1 billion net outflows.

Ethereum also outperformed Bitcoin in price gains, rising 33.04% from August 11 to September 10 versus Bitcoin's 22.96% gain during the same period.
