Bitcoin ETFs Flooded with $770M in Inflows as Market Sees Shift
Bitcoin ETFs have been experiencing significant inflows in recent days. According to AMBCrypto, the spot Bitcoin ETF market recorded $730.8 million in net inflows on September 3rd, the strongest single-day inflow since January 14th.
This influx comes after a modest $236.5 million in net outflows on September 1st and $101 million of inflows on September 2nd. Over the four-day period from September 1st to 4th, Bitcoin ETFs saw approximately $770 million in net inflows.
The changing macroeconomic environment is believed to be behind this influx. Federal Reserve Governor Christopher Waller made comments that markets interpreted as dovish on September 3rd, stating 'I would be inclined to support holding the target for the federal funds rate at its current setting.'
Bitcoin's price also experienced a surge following these comments, but its volatility remains high. The $80k price level is now seen as a potential support line instead of resistance.
