Bitcoin ETFs Near $100B Mark as Blackrock Keeps Setting the Pace
Bitcoin and ether exchange-traded funds (ETFs) continue to attract significant institutional investment, with $424 million flowing into these assets over the past week. This marks an eighth consecutive session of inflows for both Bitcoin and ether ETFs.
Blackrock's IBIT was once again a major contributor, bringing in $200.76 million. Grayscale's Bitcoin Mini Trust added $46.83 million, while Fidelity's FBTC attracted $25.59 million. Meanwhile, Bitwise's BITB received $5.96 million and Morgan Stanley's MSBT added $3.37 million.
However, a withdrawal of $50.39 million from Grayscale's GBTC reduced the overall total to $232.12 million for Bitcoin ETFs. Daily trading value reached $2.26 billion, with net assets closing at $98.63 billion, just shy of the $100 billion mark.
Ether ETFs also experienced a strong week, with $192.35 million in net inflows and no reported withdrawals. Blackrock's ETHA led the way with $115.66 million, followed by Grayscale's Ether Mini Trust at $34.67 million and Fidelity's FETH at $32.01 million.
Other altcoin ETFs are also gaining traction, with XRP funds attracting $28.14 million in net inflows. HYPE ETFs brought in $14.71 million, while solana funds added $9.14 million. These smaller categories are beginning to carry meaningful weight relative to their underlying markets.
