Bitcoin ETFs Regain Ground in July, but Institutional Investors Remain Cautious
After suffering historic capital outflows in the second quarter, American crypto ETFs have regained ground. In July, these financial products recorded a net inflow of $172.4 million, marking a turnaround from two consecutive months of outflows.
A closer look at the data reveals that spot Bitcoin ETFs attracted a positive net flow throughout July, but a massive outflow of $265.4 million on July 31 put caution among institutional investors on high alert.
Despite this volatility, Bitcoin ETFs retain a significant structural base, accounting for $51.32 billion in cumulative inflows and $76.29 billion under management at the end of July.
