After suffering historic capital outflows in the second quarter, American crypto ETFs have regained ground. In July, these financial products recorded a net inflow of $172.4 million, marking a turnaround from two consecutive months of outflows.

A closer look at the data reveals that spot Bitcoin ETFs attracted a positive net flow throughout July, but a massive outflow of $265.4 million on July 31 put caution among institutional investors on high alert.

Despite this volatility, Bitcoin ETFs retain a significant structural base, accounting for $51.32 billion in cumulative inflows and $76.29 billion under management at the end of July.
