Bitcoin ETFs See Ninth Consecutive Day of Positive Flows with $242M Influx
The U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs saw another day of strong inflows on August 27, with $242.3 million flowing in. This marks the ninth consecutive trading day with positive net flows. BlackRock's IBIT led the way with $277.6 million in inflows.
Other notable contributors to the inflows included ARK 21Shares' ARKB, Bitwise's BITB, Grayscale's lower-fee Bitcoin Mini Trust, Morgan Stanley's MSBT, and VanEck's HODL. However, these purchases were partly offset by outflows from Fidelity's FBTC and Grayscale's GBTC.
The cumulative net inflow total for the spot Bitcoin ETFs now stands at approximately $54.9 billion. This significant influx of investment into the space has raised questions about the continued growth of institutional involvement in cryptocurrencies.
