Bitcoin ETFs have seen three consecutive weeks of positive inflows, attracting $986.9 million in the week ending September 4. This marks a 6.7% increase from the previous week's net inflows of $924.5 million.

The largest share of this capital came from BlackRock's IBIT, which brought in approximately $691.5 million during the week.

While trading volume declined to $14.5 billion, analysts believe that institutional investors are rebuilding their exposure to Bitcoin and creating spot demand rather than relying on leverage.

According to Zeus Research analyst Dominick John, 'sustained ETF inflows indicate that institutional capital is steadily rebuilding exposure to Bitcoin'.
