Bitcoin ETFs Snap Two-Month Outflow Streak, But Late Sell-Off Raises Caution
US-listed Bitcoin ETFs saw net inflows of $172.4 million in July, snapping a two-month streak of capital withdrawals.
This marked a modest reversal after investors pulled nearly $7 billion from May and June combined.
The positive monthly figure was tempered by volatility in the final stretch, with spot Bitcoin ETFs recording a $265.4 million net outflow on the last Friday of July, the largest single-day withdrawal since July 13.
Despite this, US spot Bitcoin ETFs have accumulated roughly $5.29 billion in net outflows so far in 2026, with only March, April, and July posting positive balances.
