Bitcoin ETFs Soar as Investors Flee Cold Storage After Massive Hack
A significant spike in inflows was seen by U.S. Bitcoin Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs) last week, totaling $850 million.
This comes after a massive hack on Coldcard's cold storage solution, which resulted in the theft of over $130 million in BTC.
The biggest weekly inflow since April was recorded by U.S. Bitcoin ETFs, with BlackRock's iShares leading the flows and Fidelity and Morgan Stanley funds also experiencing activity.
This brought the total assets managed by these ETFs to nearly $80 billion.
