Bitcoin ETFs Soar with Record $853M Inflows as Ether Funds Continue Winning Streak
Bitcoin ETFs saw significant inflows this past week, accumulating $853.54 million between August 3 and August 7. This total represents the strongest weekly Bitcoin ETF inflow since mid-April.
The top three contributors to these inflows were BlackRock's IBIT with $693.64 million, Fidelity's FBTC with $116.38 million, and ARK 21Shares' ARKB with $50.85 million.
Bitcoin itself has been trading near $65,000 early Monday after finishing the ETF week around the same range. This leaves the renewed fund demand without a comparable breakout in the underlying asset.
In contrast to Bitcoin's performance, Ether funds have been experiencing a positive trend, extending their weekly inflow streak to five consecutive weeks. Over the past five days, spot Ether ETFs added $244.94 million, with BlackRock's ETHA capturing approximately $203 million and Fidelity's FETH adding $24.15 million.
