Bitcoin ETFs Surge as Spot Funds Attract $233 Million Inflows
US-listed cryptocurrency exchange-traded funds (ETFs) experienced another strong day on July 30, as spot Bitcoin ETFs drew in over $233 million in net inflows. This marked one of the strongest single-session performances for these products in recent weeks.
The gains were led by BlackRock's iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT), which brought in $183.4 million, accounting for nearly 79% of the day's total inflows. Other spot Bitcoin ETFs also saw significant inflows, including Fidelity's Wise Origin Bitcoin Fund (FBTC) and Bitwise's BITB.
Notably, Grayscale's legacy GBTC recorded no net outflows, continuing a trend of stabilizing redemptions. This represents a sharp improvement from earlier in the week, when Bitcoin ETFs experienced mixed flows amid uncertainty surrounding Federal Reserve policy and broader macroeconomic conditions.
