Bitcoin exchange reserves saw a modest net outflow of around 1,466 BTC over the past 24 hours. However, this daily decline does not alter the prevailing weekly and monthly accumulation pattern on exchanges.

According to CoinGlass data as of August 8 at 04:30 UTC, total BTC held on leading exchanges stood at approximately 2,488,591 BTC. The seven-day view showed a net inflow of about 4,690 BTC, while the past month's reserves were higher by roughly 4,516 BTC.

Coinbase Pro held the largest disclosed reserve at around 854,327 BTC, with a daily net outflow of about 1,083.84 BTC. Binance ranked second with approximately 650,936 BTC, posting a daily net inflow of about 942.58 BTC and a stronger weekly inflow of around 4,413.96 BTC.

Trading activity on Binance's BTC/USDT pair cooled across major regional sessions, suggesting a broad drop in participation rather than a shift limited to one time zone. CoinGlass data showed Binance BTC/USDT volumes of about $195.62 million during the Asia session and $43.24 million during the U.S. session.
