Bitcoin Eyes Breakout as CLARITY Act Vote Nears
Bitcoin is holding near $77,900 as traders await the upcoming CLARITY Act vote in the Senate. The legislation needs 60 votes to advance and clear its first procedural hurdle on September 15th at 2:15 p.m. ET.
The current price of Bitcoin remains below a key resistance zone between $80,443.99 and $81,301.38. To break through this ceiling, BTC must reclaim the $80,444 mark, which would then put $81,301 in focus as the next resistance level.
Even if the CLARITY Act passes, the chart still requires confirmation of a breakout above $80,443.99. A successful reclaim would strengthen the recovery and shift attention to deeper upside targets.
However, if BTC fails below $80,000, the rebound would remain incomplete, leaving traders wondering if the legislation has already been priced in by the market.
