Bitcoin's price trajectory is uncertain as analysts predict different outcomes based on the Clarity Act. The cryptocurrency is trading near $64,600, and one analyst believes approval of the act could support a rally towards $75,000 or higher.

Ted Pillows outlined two scenarios tied to the Clarity Act: a bullish scenario where Bitcoin remains above $60,000 and begins recovering through resistance near $66,000 and $70,000, potentially leading to a target of $74,000 to $76,000. A bearish scenario would begin with a confirmed break below the highlighted support area, weakening Bitcoin's market structure and exposing lower levels.

Another analyst, Jesse Olson, projects that Bitcoin may briefly hold or rebound near its current area before turning lower. This setup suggests a possible decline into the upper-$40,000 to low-$50,000 region by the end of August, which would create a new price low.
