The Federal Reserve's next policy decision will have a significant impact on Bitcoin's price. On September 16, the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) will meet to decide on monetary policy, and markets are already speculating about the outcome.

The FOMC will consider data from August payrolls, producer prices, and consumer prices before making its decision. However, a more significant update is scheduled for September 30, when the Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA) releases official August personal consumption expenditures (PCE) inflation data and revises the PCE series.

According to Governor Christopher Waller, the new method for portfolio-management services could lower 12-month PCE inflation by a few tenths of a percentage point. This change is expected to have a minor impact on Bitcoin's price, but it will still be a significant event for markets.
