Bitcoin Faces Potential Pullback as Overbought Conditions Take Hold
Bitcoin's recent rally has pushed it into overbought territory, leading to a potential short-term pullback. The current price movement is sideways, with traders watching the $76,400, $76,800 area for a possible liquidity sweep.
The weekly Super Trend indicator remains red, as the latest weekly candle closed below the roughly $80,000 level needed to flip it back to green and confirm a broader bullish signal. On the three-day chart, BTC price faces resistance between $80,000 and $82,000, with support remaining around $73,000, $75,000.
The slowdown follows a sharp bullish move that pushed Bitcoin into overbought territory on the daily Relative Strength Index (RSI). The current consolidation is allowing the RSI to reset, potentially creating more room for another move higher if the broader bullish structure remains intact.
