Bitcoin False Breakout Imminent as Analyst Warns of Bearish Trend

Crypto analyst Cedric Cerezo warns that Bitcoin's recent bullish move may be a false breakout, as it has failed to consolidate above its daily resistance level and confirm a breakout above the 200-week EMA.

In a previous analysis, Cerezo cautioned investors against relying too heavily on ETF inflows, citing decreasing volume. He also noted that a quick loss of the area above $65,000 would turn the move into a false breakout, which is now starting to materialize.

Cerezo emphasizes the importance of identifying high-probability accumulation zones rather than trying to predict Bitcoin's exact bottom. He believes that his strategy of building a strong position through staggered purchases within a value zone has proven to be more consistent than waiting for the absolute bottom, which often never arrives.
