Bitcoin Fights for Support at $63K as XRP Eyes Technical Rebound
Bitcoin and XRP are both down significantly in 2026, but their paths to recovery look very different. Bitcoin started the year at $88,764, briefly reaching $97,860 on January 14, before falling every month since. It currently trades around $63,899, roughly 35% below its January peak.
The decline has been punctuated by sharp ETF outflows: investors pulled $206.52 million in February, then a staggering $4 billion left the funds in June alone, driving Bitcoin to $58,566, its lowest level in 21 months.
Bitcoin is locked in a technical tug-of-war around the $63,000 support level, with ETF flows and Federal Reserve policy holding the keys. Trader That Martini Guy identified $63,000 as immediate support and said Bitcoin needs to reclaim $64,000 before its short-term structure improves.
