Bitcoin Forms Bear Market Bottom Indicators Amid Price Volatility
Bitcoin is flashing two key signals to the market, suggesting it may be forming a macro bottom. According to CryptoQuant's on-chain data, Bitcoin's price behavior is increasingly echoing gold's role as a safe-haven asset. The largest cryptocurrency's price recently stood at $63,362, down nearly 2% over the past week since reaching a record of $126,080 in October.
It has shed nearly 50% of its value since then. CryptoQuant analysts pointed to early signs of a bottoming process for Bitcoin. The 'Cost of Production' zone is where Bitcoin is currently trading, typically seen as a sign of a bear market bottom. This development may be a positive indicator for investors holding onto their Bitcoin (HODL).
Bitcoin's recent price stability and its behavior mirroring gold's safe-haven status could indicate that it's forming a support level.
