Bitcoin Futures Top $41 Billion as Institutional Capital Returns
The total value of outstanding Bitcoin futures contracts has surpassed $41 billion, with Binance leading the charge. The exchange accounts for more than $9.61 billion in open interest, followed by CME at $6.66 billion.
CME's recent surge in activity is notable, as it represents a 6.82% increase in just one day and suggests that institutional capital is returning to the market.
The premium futures trade above spot has climbed to around 4.3%, indicating improving confidence among traders without reaching overheated levels.
