The Bitcoin network has reached an important milestone as it crosses the halfway point to its next halving event. With less than two years remaining until the fifth halving, which is scheduled to occur in spring 2028, the countdown stands at around 659 days.

According to data from CryptoQuant analyst Maartunn, there are currently 94,892 blocks left to be mined before block 1,050,000, where the miner reward will be reduced. At this point, the block reward will fall from its current 3.125 BTC to 1.5625 BTC.

Bitcoin's price has also corrected to $63,649, falling below its moving averages on the MA Ribbon. The weekly Relative Strength Index (RSI) has dropped to 39.64, confirming a significant market reset after previous peaks and forming the current base of a new cycle.
