Bitcoin Holdings Reveal Widening Gap Between Winners and Losers on Wall Street

Strategy, the company founded by Michael Saylor, holds the top spot as the world's largest corporate Bitcoin holder with 843,775 BTC, valued at approximately $58 billion as of July 25, 2026. This significant lead is roughly 19 times the amount held by second-place Twenty One Capital, which has 43,514 BTC.

The companies that mine Bitcoin are having a strong year, while those that simply hold it as a treasury asset are struggling. Riot Platforms' stock gained 73% YTD in 2026, making it the best performer among the top ten holders. Cleanspark and Mara Holdings also saw significant gains, with their stocks rising by 39% and 31%, respectively.

On the other hand, treasury companies like Metaplanet and Twenty One Capital are experiencing a decline in their stock prices. Metaplanet's stock fell 49% as of July 25, 2026, despite holding 43,000 BTC. Twenty One Capital also saw its shares drop by 48% year-to-date, with its total BTC holdings remaining at 43,514.

Skyworks' position on the list looks different from when it had its initial public offering (IPO) in June 2026. The company's stock fell below the IPO price of $135 and was trading at $115 by Friday's close on July 24, roughly 15% below the offering price.
