Bitcoin Holds Above $65K as Market Awaits Fed Rate Decision
The Bitcoin price has stabilized above $65,000 as market participants wait for key economic events. After a period of volatility, the cryptocurrency is trading within a relatively tight range, up around 1% over the past 24 hours.
Notably, this recovery extends Bitcoin's positive momentum over longer timeframes, with gains of about 2% over the past week and nearly 4% over the last two weeks. The asset has also climbed back above $65,000 following a period of weakness that saw it trade below that level earlier in the month.
Despite this rebound, Bitcoin remains below its 2025 record high of more than $126,000. The correction has left the asset down roughly 25% this year, highlighting that the current recovery is taking place within a broader period of consolidation rather than a full return to last year's peak.
