Bitcoin's price held steady near $65K on August 8 as offshore stablecoin demand began to rebuild sharply.

According to data, the stablecoin netflow into Binance surged by 218% weekly and over 637% versus its 90-day baseline. This indicates a significant increase in liquidity shifting away from US markets toward offshore trading hubs.

The Coinbase Premium Index remained in negative territory for the past two weeks, peaking at just -0.05, showing signs of fatigue in US spot demand.

Ardi (@ArdiNSC) projects Bitcoin's next cycle top between $184,200 and $230,200 under base scenarios, assuming a diminishing-return approach with a 40-50% retention rate of the previous multiple.

The current liquidity divergence and projected targets suggest capital is positioning ahead of any confirmed breakout. Analysts are closely watching whether staged offshore liquidity will convert into spot execution.
