Bitcoin's price held steady at around $64,600 on Tuesday as tensions between the US and Iran escalated. The Strait of Hormuz remained closed, with Trump stating that the US was not negotiating with Iran.

The Naval Blockade is still in place, according to Trump's social media post. Iran disputed this claim, saying the waterway would remain shut down.

Oil prices rose above $91 per barrel as uncertainty continued around the Strait of Hormuz. Bitcoin gained about 0.6% during the session, while Brent crude increased by 0.7% to $91.46 per barrel.
