Bitcoin May Still Have Room to Run Despite Peaking Real Estate Cycle

According to widely-followed analyst Jason Pizzino, Bitcoin (BTC) and U.S. stocks may still have room to rally despite the economy approaching the latter stages of an 18-year real estate cycle.

Pizzino's framework is based on historical data, where risk assets typically don't peak at the same time as property markets.

Looking back at previous real estate cycle peaks in 1972, 1989, and 2006, Pizzino noted that stocks continued rising afterward before eventually turning lower.

The U.S. real estate market peaked around 2006, while stocks reached their major high roughly 12 to 18 months later.

Pizzino attributes the continued strength in equities as one of the primary reasons Bitcoin hasn't entered another major leg lower.
