Bitcoin Millionaires Soar as Bear Market Shows Signs of Easing

The number of Bitcoin millionaires increased by over 11,000 in August 2026, according to data compiled by Finbold and BitInfoCharts.

This represents a 10.4% rise in addresses holding more than $1 million worth of the cryptocurrency.

There are now 123,482 such wallets, up from 111,846 at the end of July.

The number of larger whales, or addresses with over $10 million worth of BTC, also grew by 11.24%, reaching 15,584 by August's end.

This increase suggests that the cryptocurrency bear market may be coming to an end, but experts warn that another significant correction is possible before a potential rally towards $100,000 this year.
