Bitcoin Miners Benefit from US Power Grid Bottlenecks
Digital asset investment products saw inflows of $1.65 billion over the first three trading days this week, led by Bitcoin and Ethereum.
The previous week had a record $2.94 billion in inflows.
According to CoinShares, a growing U.S. power grid constraint issue is causing delays in new data center hookups, benefiting existing Bitcoin miners who can expand their AI hosting revenue.
This could increase from 30% to 70% of their income by year-end.
