The panel highlighted the appeal of using existing sites, utility relationships, and power infrastructure to deploy AI workloads quickly, with several companies securing multi-billion dollar deals for AI infrastructure development.
CleanSpark secured a $6.6 billion, 20-year triple-net lease with a high investment-grade tenant, representing a significant milestone for the company, which currently has a market cap of $5.76 billion and reported revenue growth of 26% over the last twelve months.
