Bitcoin miners are facing increased pressure as transaction fees now account for just 0.69% of miner revenue, reaching a new 10-year low according to LCX Exchange data.

This is a significant drop from previous years, and miners are increasingly relying on block subsidies for income.

The average cost of producing one Bitcoin has risen to $78,254, with the current spot price being nearly 23% lower. The decline in hash rate has also accelerated, falling by 33% since its peak in October 2025.
