Bitcoin Miners See Revenue Surge as Hashprices Hit Highest Since May
Bitcoin miners have seen a significant increase in revenue due to rising hashprices. Over four days, hashprice rose by 20.41%, pushing it to $38.29 per petahash per second, its highest level since May. This surge in revenue is expected to ease margin pressure on miners after months of tight margins.
Despite this increase, August's mining revenue still trails July's record, leaving miners hopeful that the rally continues to sustain profits. Mining difficulty is also expected to decrease slightly, further favoring miners, while the total network hashrate nears 1 zettahash per second.
