Bitcoin Nears Key Technical Zone Amid Record ETF Inflows
Bitcoin's price is approaching $80,000 after a recovery from summer lows, with institutional flows and on-chain data providing mixed but increasingly constructive signals. A key catalyst for this movement is a $643 million net inflow into U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs on September 3, the largest single-day inflow since January.
This move comes as BTC reclaims its Warm Supply Realized Price, which represents the average cost basis of coins last moved between one week and six months ago. According to analyst Ali Charts, previous major reclaims were followed by substantial rallies, such as 69% in January 2023 and 159% in October 2023.
However, the latest Bitcoin price remains below an important resistance cluster, with a daily close above $82,833 needed to strengthen the technical structure. This area is significant because it overlaps with the 0.382 arithmetic retracement of the decline from $126,272 to $57,735.
