Bitcoin perpetual futures traders have shown a slight bearish tilt over the past 24 hours, according to data from Binance, OKX, and Bybit. The three largest crypto futures exchanges by open interest report an aggregate long/short ratio of 49.72% long versus 50.28% short.
Binance shows 48.86% long positions and 51.14% short positions, while OKX has a similar pattern with 48.73% long and 51.27% short. Bybit's ratio is slightly more balanced at 49.29% long and 50.71% short.
The data reflects the positioning of traders using perpetual contracts, which track the underlying asset’s price without an expiry date. The ratios are based on open interest, accounting for all active positions, not just new trades in the past 24 hours.
