Bitcoin Price Bounces Back on Strong Liquidity Rebound, But Key Resistance Looms

Bitcoin's price stabilized near $78,024 on August 30 after experiencing a significant surge in realized capitalization. This increase of over $4.6 billion in one week is the strongest short-term movement since the bear market began. However, the 30-day average growth rate remains modest at 0.4%, suggesting that the liquidity rebound may not be confirmed yet.

Crypto analyst Crypto Patel views the Bitcoin price as being between a battleground and a supply zone, with $78,000 being the critical level. He considers $83,000 as the point that invalidates his bearish setup, while his primary downside objective remains between $50,000 and $55,000 if liquidity gives way.

The onchain evidence supports the view that incoming liquidity helped Bitcoin recover from its recent low of around $63,000. The weekly reversal followed a long stretch of weak or falling growth, indicating that buyers are accepting higher cost bases and moving coins without adding outside capital.
