On August 18, 2026, at 4am EDT, the price of Bitcoin will be determined. This is according to a futures contract offered by Robinhood Derivatives, LLC. The contract uses CF Benchmarks' Real Time Index (RTI) prices to determine the outcome.

The final value will be the average of 60 RTI prices collected at the last minute before expiration. If the prediction is correct, traders can earn $1 for every contract they own.

However, there are restrictions and eligibility requirements that apply to this contract. Persons who hold material, non-public information on Bitcoin or work for certain source agencies are not permitted to trade.
