Bitcoin Price Faces Pivotal Vote Under Pressure from Whale Short

The Bitcoin price is caught in a precarious situation ahead of the Clarity Act vote. A massive $54 million whale short position has been opened, while institutional selling and miner migration towards AI continue to weigh on the market.

Bitcoin ETFs have seen a daily inflow of 1,917 BTC worth $147.42 million on September 15, but the seven-day net flow remains negative at 4,372 BTC, equivalent to $336.16 million in outflows.

Ethereum ETFs, however, are experiencing stronger flows, with $95.44 million in one-day inflows and $221.91 million over seven days.

The mining industry is shifting towards AI, with at least 35 EH/s slated to leave listed miners by the end of this year or next. This migration may not necessarily lead to a collapse for Bitcoin but does indicate a change in the industry's focus.
