Bitcoin Price Falters Despite Record ETF Inflows
Bitcoin ETF inflows reached $3.8 billion during a three-week buying streak, marking their strongest such period in 2026.
The surge in demand for U.S.-listed spot Bitcoin ETF products came despite a price reversal on Friday, as the asset traded near $80,000 and fell sharply due to strong employment data raising interest-rate concerns.
Analyst Ted Pillows noted that the Bitcoin price had fallen below its 50-week moving average again, which represents a decision zone rather than a directional guarantee. A close above this average would return control to buyers, while another close below it would strengthen the case for a deeper correction.
